TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Barberhood Braintree. By accessing or using our website, booking a service, or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a booking.
This website is operated by Barberhood Braintree. Our website provides information about our barbershop services, allows users to book appointments, and may offer the option to purchase gift cards, memberships, or grooming products online. By using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable UK laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Appointments can be booked online, in person, or by phone. Payment may be made online at the time of booking or in person at the shop. Prices are displayed clearly on our website and may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or the loss of a deposit, and repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period stated. Products purchased online or in-store are also non-refundable.
We provide services to clients of all ages; however, clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have their consent for specific services. We reserve the right to refuse certain treatments if we believe they are unsuitable for minors.
We take your privacy seriously. When you make a booking or purchase, we collect personal details such as your name, phone number, and email to confirm and manage your appointment. We may also use your contact information to share updates, offers, or reminders, in line with our Privacy Policy. Your information will never be sold to third parties and will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or interfere with its functionality. You must not attempt to hack, upload viruses, or engage in any unlawful activity while using the site. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Barberhood Braintree and may not be copied or used without permission.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date, and continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
